Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a large bowl, beat together 1/4 cup (60g) softened butter and 1/4 cup (50g) granulated sugar until light and fluffy, about 3-4 minutes with a hand mixer or 5-6 minutes by hand.
  3. Add 1 teaspoon vanilla extract and 1/2 cup (120ml) condensed milk to the butter mixture and mix until smooth, about 1-2 minutes.
  4. In a separate bowl, whisk together 1 cup (125g) all-purpose flour, 1 teaspoon baking powder, and a pinch of salt.
